Steve,

Now that's what I'm talkin' 'bout!!! Loved the counter-comments on 'Lucky, Rule, 'Saver, Caracortado, Conveyance dig at Jess Jackson, 'Lion, and 'Chrome!

Also, Carly (Caracortado) and Gene (American Lion) get big ups for those snarky remarks!

I've gotta step up my game!

T_K_S,

BTW, abeyance i pulled out of my @$$ trying to rhyme w/ Conveyance...must have remembered it from junior high school grammar tests - thanks Mr. Campbell :-)!

Tony Bada Bing,

Funny, the more I studied the TC Nominees the more I like it. Check back in two weeks, I'm sure I'll be near where you are! One thing's for certain, JACKSON BEND is honest, if not classy. Have to agree w/ Norm's comment...he was wide and ran his eyeballs out against the one who would have been at least #2 going into the FOY. 1 1/8 miles is going to be his outer limit.

Thanks Brian. I guess Super's win on the dirt at Churchill combined w/ Borel is why he continues to be highly rated. He may drop in future votes as new prep stars emerge.

TKS,
Ha, ha. The only reason I know what "abeyance" means is because I used to watch Judge Wapner on the People's Court. Maybe Amcap did too.

The Derby Dozen voters do offer lots of insightful comments; especially that Norm guy. However, the comments from the Munday fella are mostly just nonsense.

WTF!

The more I watch and follow the Derby Trail this year the less I am impressed. The comments are spot on and only add to my growing angst with this group of relative "non-starters." One reason to like Jackson Bend - at least he races more than once every other month!

This list is sooo educational.

I'd bet Mr. Watchmaker never used the word Abeyance in his life. Not even once. ;-)

I'm still surprised that Super Saver is so far up the list, he's been away from the races for a long time now.
I love the American Lion comments, very clever!!
